（五）助力科技创新后备人才培养。高校应深化与中小学的协同育人，组织实施“中学生英才计划”“高校科学营”“小小工程师”计划等特色科技实践活动,为学有余力、爱好科学的学生提供了解科研实践、接触前沿科技、参与科技实践活动的桥梁，培养科技创新后备人才。
