On an iPhone, it's very easy to take photos of the lunar eclipse. If you have an iPhone 12 Pro or a later Pro model, you can switch to capturing in Apple's ProRAW format by heading to Settings Camera Formats. Make sure ProRAW is toggled on. Depending on your iPhone model, you'll then be able to select the resolution.
